Connection is what makes life meaningful, and few things foster connection more naturally than food and music. Both are composed of individual elements: single ingredients or solitary notes, complete on their own, yet when brought together with intention they transform into something greater, something shared in the Same Company.

I’ve always seen people in much the same way. Individually, we are whole, shaped by our own stories and perspectives, our own constant companion, but when we gather around a table or exist together in a moment hearing a song we create a richer experience.

Over the past decade, I’ve immersed myself in the techniques and flavors of cultures from around the world to understand how food creates memories, identity, and emotion and to develop flavors unique to my experience, ready to be shared with you.
